CONDITIONS OF BOARDING

PETS CAN ONLY BE DROPPED OFF OR COLLECTED DURING OUR OPENING HOURS All YEAR:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 17:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 15:00pm
Sundays – CLOSED 
(except 1st May & 28th Aug 10:30am ~ 1pm)
Bank Holidays: closed

Boarding fees are payable at the time animals are collected – cash or card payment only. Day of arrival and departure will be charged for. Christmas – A minimum charge of 5 days will apply.

All first time boarders are required to pay 20% non-refundable deposit of the entire boarding cost.

CANCELLATIONS: we appreciate unforeseen circumstances are sometimes unavoidable however, we do reserve the right to charge the full boarding fee if cancellations are made within two weeks of the arrival date.

Early collection: we reserve the right to charge full boarding fees for the original booking.
